The Sinergias Business Club is made up of more than 150 entrepreneurs of different nationalities and sectors, who collaborate with each other to generate business. The club is segmented into 12 groups led by Madrinas or Team Leaders, who provide personalised support to each member, fostering alliances and collaborations within their group, and synergies with the rest of the groups. Within the club, buying, sourcing, referral, collaboration and sales activities take place every week, fostering togetherness and business among members.

To provide support for family reconciliation through our “Personalised Babysitting” service, so that no entrepreneur has to give up their personal life in order to enhance their professional life.

One of the main differences of our club is the strategic segmentation into 12 groups, with the aim of fostering alliances between professionals in the same sector. Each group is led by a Godmother or Team Leader, whose task is to motivate the members of the group and maintain active relationships between all of them. This support is essential to ensure that all members feel accompanied from the moment they join the club.
